Problem Solving #4

Brian is trying to guess a 2-digit number. So far he knows that tens' digit is greater that 6, and the ones' digit is odd. He also knows that the two digits are different. How many possibilities are there?

Answer:

71 , 73, 75, 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, and 97


There are 13 possibilities that two digits are different.
